Late or on-site registration refers to those delegates who register on or after 18 May 2012, or those who pay to register upon arrival at the Congress. Congress satchels and their contents cannot be guaranteed for late/on-site registrants.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Early Bird Registration
The Early Bird rate will apply until 12mn on the 23rd March 2012. To be eligible for the Early Bird rate payment Fax in Credit Card forms must be received by the 12mn on the 23rd March 2012. Forms received in after this date will automatically be charged the Standard rate. Delegates with outstanding fees at the time of registration conference will be required to provide a credit card guarantee. If payment is not received 14 days after the event, the credit card will be charged.

Receipts
All delegates who register and pay online will be sent an automated tax invoice by return email.

Refunds and Cancellations
Registration cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing either by mail, fax or email to the Conference Secretariat. A $88 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations received in writing prior to 5pm on 1st May 2012. After this date there will be no refunds made; however substitute delegates will be accepted. All amendments and delegate substitutions will incur an additional $20.00 administrative charge. Refunds will be processed after the conference close.

Insurance
It is the responsibility of delegates to arrange their own travel insurance. The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.

The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. "The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure. The term "Force Majeure" means any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the organisers including but not limited to War, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), terrorism, aircraft hijacking, military operation, riot, civil war, rebellion, civil commotion or unrest, Acts or Regulations of government, refusal to grant visas, explosions, transport delays, transport difficulties and the insolvency of airline carriers. The organisers will use all reasonable efforts to conduct the conference despite the intervention or occurrence of any such cause."
