Fulltime registration includes:
Attendance at all Congress sessions
Industry exhibition admission
Daily morning and afternoon teas, lunches
Welcome Reception
Poster Viewing Session with food and beverages
Conference Satchel containing the Congress program book,
abstracts volume and other Congress materials
Note: Fulltime registration does not include the Conference
Dinner or other social functions other than the Pre-conference
Reception. Please indicate on the registration form
if you wish to purchase a ticket/s to these functions.
Full time student registration includes:
Attendance at all Congress sessions on the day of registration
Industry exhibition admission on the day of registration
Morning and afternoon teas, lunch on the day of registration
Satchel containing the Congress program book, abstracts
volume and other Congress materials
Note: Full time student registration does not include
the Welcome Reception, Congress Dinner or other social
functions. Delegates may purchase tickets to these functions
at the guest ticket price. Please indicate on the registration
form if you wish to purchase a ticket to these functions.
Workshop registration includes:
Attendance to the workshop nominated on the registrations
form
Morning and afternoon tea and lunch on the day of the
workshop
Late or on-site registration refers
to those delegates who register on or after 21 May 2009,
or those who pay to register upon arrival at the Congress.
Congress satchels and their contents cannot be guaranteed
for late/on-site registrants.
