Registration Entitlements

Registration Payment
Registration Forms must be accompanied by payment of the registration
fees and accommodation deposit. All amounts are in Australian
dollars. Overseas registrants should arrange payment by bank
draft payable in Australian dollars at an Australian bank. Delegates
will receive a confirmation letter, which will include the receipt
and tax invoice.
Registration and social function payments must be received
prior to the Conference. If payment is not received prior to
the Conference you will be required to provide credit card details
at the Conference to guarantee payment. This card will be debited
if alternative payment is not received within 14 days.

Terms and conditions of registration
The Breathing New Life Registration Form must be used to register.
Photocopies are acceptable. One form per delegate is required.
Payment must accompany the registration form.
Delegates must wear badges to gain admittance to all conference
sessions. There are no free replacements for lost or forgotten
badges.
Payment of Fees
Payment may be made by cheque, money order or credit card –
Mastercard and Visa. Cheques should be made payable to “Remark
Pty Ltd”. Cheques must be paid in Australian dollars only, drawn
at an Australian Bank. Payment may not be made by wire transfer
or direct debit.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing to the Breathing New
Life Secretariat.
- A full refund , less the administration fee of $88.00 will
be provided if cancelled before 1 August 2008.
- No refund will be provided after 1 August 2008. Substitute
registrants will be accepted and are subject to a $55.00 adminsitration
fee.
- Tickets for supporting events and lifestyle activities are
non refundable after 1 September 2008.
Changes to registration
Please indicate all changes in writing to the Breathing New
Life Secretariat by no later than 29 August 2008. Changes to
registrations after this date must be made onsite at the Registration
Desk at the Holiday Inn Surfers Paradise. No changes can be
made without payment and proof of identification.
Name badges and conference materials
Name badges and conference materials will be available for collection
at the Registration Desk at the Holiday Inn Surfers Paradise.
Supporting event tickets
Tickets to social events will be held for pick up at the Registration
Desk.
If we can be of assistance …
Assistance is available to delegates with special needs. Should
you have any specific dietary requirements, mobility problems,
or other special needs please attach advice to your Registration
Form.
Insurance and travel visas:
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is
strongly recommended that delegates take out travel insurance.
The Breathing New Life Secretariat will not take any responsibility
for any delegate failing to arrange travel insurance. The Breathing
New Life Secretariat recommends that international delegates
apply for the appropriate visa well in advance of anticipated
travel. Further details are available from the Department of
Immigration and Multicultural Affairs at www.immi.gov.au
Acknowledgements
Registrations will be acknowledged in writing and will confirm
all of your requirements as supplied on your registration form.
This acknowledgment will include any additional advice necessary
prior to your arrival. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt
of payment. Please advise any discrepancies in writing by 29
August 2008.

Delegate List of attendees at the conference will also be produced

the Registration Form for the conference. |
