All Standard rooms in Crown Promenade Hotel are configured with either one (1) king bed or two (2) queen beds. No additional bedding is permitted in standard rooms. The maximum number of registered persons in this room type is three (3) adults OR two (2) adults and two (2) children under 15 years of age. No additional charge will apply when utilising existing bedding.

EXTRA BED
All Luxe rooms in Crown Metropol are configured with either one (1) king bed or two (2)
queen beds. 380 of the king rooms (including studio style rooms) have chaise lounges
which can be converted into day beds at a cost of $55.00 AUD.
The maximum number of registered persons in this room type is three (3) adults OR two
(2) adults and two (2) children under 15 years of age. No additional charge will apply
when utilising existing bedding.

PROMENADE AND METROPOL HOTEL CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT
The Hotel check-in time is from 14.00, checkout time is up to 11.00. Requests for an early check-in will be subject to availability and will not be guaranteed, unless the room is reserved for the night prior to the guests’ arrival,
which will incur an additional night’s charge. Requests for late departure are also subject to availability on check-out with surcharges being applicable depending on the time requested. Decisions on a request for a late check-out will not be made until the day of departure. At any time, the Bell Desk is able to store luggage at no charge.
