Bookings for accommodation must be made directly with the hotel.

Please complete this form and return to the hotel following the instructions on the form. Bookings must be accompanied by your credit card details or the form can be mailed with a cheque to cover one (1) nights accommodation.

Booking Conditions
Deposit and Final Payment
Your accommodation booking must be accompanied by one nights deposit in order to secure your reservation and is payable by credit card, cheque or money order to the resort. Bookings made with a cheque for payment can only be confirmed once the cheque has cleared.

Delegates must settle their accounts with the hotel according to the terms and conditions of the hotel.

Cancellations and Refunds
Please see the policy of the hotel on the Accommodation Reservation Form.

Changes to bookings
Changes to bookings must be made direct with the hotel.

Late or early arrivals
Please note the check in and check out times of the hotel. Please take these into consideration when booking your flights and arranging your accommodation. Early check in and late check out may be arranged with the hotel depending on availability.
